What to expect

When you arrive at Formby Little Theatre, you will be welcomed by one of our friendly Front of House staff who will show you to our dedicated Box Office Manager, where you can show your tickets and maybe purchase a programme for the performance.

You will then be able to buy a drink from our friendly Bar Staff, from our well stocked bar and even order your refreshments for the interval. If tea or coffee are your thing, then you can also purchase these at the bar and our volunteer staff will be more than happy to make this for you to collect from the kiosk, or they can have this ready for you for the interval.

Then you can sit in our bar area and relax before the performance.

Once the call for the performance to begin is sounded, you can always purchase another drink to take in to the theatre with you, or if you haven't finished your drink, you can transfer it to a disposable glass to enjoy in the theatre.

If you have purchased interval drinks, your bar drinks will be ready at the bar with your name attached and any hot refreshments purchased will be ready on the tables with your names attached also.

When the performance is finished, the bar will remain open for you to relax and have a drink, this will give you a chance to meet new people, chat about the play, and even meet some of the cast who invariably come back for a drink after the performance.
